Today.....

Hi ladies!
Ok so I have some good news and some bad news... Which do you want first?  Let's get the bad news out of the way..... I was bad today. I didn't go to yoga, nor did I do any exercise at all. I didn't even count my calories at all. I ate several of these fig cereal bars from Trader Joes. They taste like fig newtons, and I ate one, then another, then another, and so on. I just felt so hungry when I got off work this morning. It was a rough night at work.
So the good news is that I've lost a few pounds already! I've been consistently going to yoga, using my fitness pal, and walking the dog. I need and want to start running again though. As I have said before, I ran the NYC marathon in November, which was my 10th full marathon, and I just haven't run since.
So even though I was bad today, I plan to go to yoga tomorrow, count all my calories and put today behind me.

  1. Great job on losing weight! Your self talk said you couldn't do it before. Love that you know you can! We all have bad days. I had some myself but you are doing way more good and loving yourself and it's showing! I'm always around for a nice little run. I need them myself.
