Week 1, etc

Hello ladies,

So far I am on track. I have run/walked my dog 3 times this week, and I have gone to the gym and did a Body pump class, which is a full body workout with weights.  You get cardio and strength training with this class.  In addition, I have been eating really well. 

I am concerned about my upcoming vacation to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico next week.  But I have a plan.  At the resort  I am staying at, they offer yoga each morning and a water aerobics class every day.  I plan to do a few of those while I am there, but I hope it will make up for the all you can eat and drink!!  I will try hard to be semi good :)

In addition to my runs with my dog, I need to do some running on my own, because she slows down my normal pace and I am signed up for a 10k on Super Bowl Sunday. 

But I do feel really great so far.

  1. Good job beans!! Have fun in Mexico, you will remember that trip much more then the couple pounds you have to work off when you get back :)
